Režisér Dan Farah presvedčil 34 vysokopostavených predstaviteľov americkej vlády, armády a spravodajských služieb, aby vystúpili pred kamerou. Podľa neho odhaľujú 80 rokov trvajúce utajovanie existencie mimozemskej inteligencie a tajnú vojnu medzi veľmocami o získanie technológií mimozemského pôvodu. Film skúma hlboký dopad tejto situácie na budúcnosť ľudstva a zároveň poskytuje pohľad do zákulisia tým, ktorí stoja na čele obojstranného úsilia o odhalenie pravdy.
