Carl Winston Lumbly (* 14. august 1951) je americký herec. Je známy svojimi úlohami ako prvý čierny superhrdina v televízii v M.A.N.T.I.S., Dick Hallorann v Doctor Sleep, detektív Marcus Petrie v policajnom dráme Cagney & Lacey, agent CIA Marcus Dixon v špionážnej sérii Alias a hlas J'onn J'onnz / Martian Manhunter v animovaných seriáloch Justice League, Static Shock a Justice League Unlimited. Vo filmech Marvel Cinematic Universe stvárnil Isaiah Bradleyho, prvého čierneho super vojaka. Bol manželom Vonetty McGee od roku 1987 až do jej smrti v roku 2010.
